Dr. Paul Babin is recently retired as Director of Technology, Innovation and Sustainability at thyssenkrupp North America, Inc.  He is responsible for enhancing regional activities across the four business areas in the United States, Canada and Mexico by leading coordination and collaboration among thyssenkrupp’s operating companies. As a Six Sigma master black belt, he oversees operational excellence activities, including Six Sigma Lean training and coaching for project teams. He also works closely with thyssenkrupp’s university partnership programs, including sponsored research and engineering recruiting activities.   Paul has a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering. He is an ASQ six sigma master black belt and a senior member of IEEE and IISE.
